Victor Ortega Jiménez

Victor Ortega Jiménez is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Integrative Biology at UC Berkeley, where he studies how animals navigate and remain stable in complex, perturbed environments. His research examines the effects of turbulent airflow, rain, waterfalls, thermal convection, static electricity, and capillary forces on locomotion and body dynamics, revealing how organisms maintain control under unpredictable physical conditions.
