Zhonghan Li Scu

Professor Zhonghan Li is a faculty member at Sichuan University whose research focuses on stem cell biology and mineral tissue bioengineering, particularly in the context of tooth and skeletal regeneration. His work integrates developmental biology, stem cell engineering, and molecular genetics to understand and reconstruct mineralized tissues such as teeth and bone. Professor Li’s research has advanced the understanding of ectomesenchyme formation, dental epithelial differentiation, and postnatal tooth establishment through the identification of key stem cell populations and regulatory transcription factors.
