James D. Griffin

James D. Griffin is a distinguished professor at Harvard University, where he leads a major research program focused on hematologic malignancies. He earned his medical degree and completed his clinical training in internal medicine and hematology/oncology before establishing his independent laboratory. Griffin's research program centers on developing and understanding targeted molecular therapies for leukemias, with particular emphasis on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
